Whether we are aware of it or not, Aspartame is a dangerous chemical that has been linked to everything from brain damage to cancer. Shockingly, many nutritionists in the United States still support its use. (It’s even hidden in seemingly harmless foods like frozen yogurt.) I personally recommend avoiding all processed food when possible, and reading labels for these hidden chemicals VERY carefully.
