Need a quick energy boost? Skip the caffeine and try peppermint! If time permits, toss a couple of tea bags into a warm bath. Not only is it energizing, this popular herb has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. For a quick boost and wonderful skin tonic, mix a drop or two of peppermint essential oil with 8 oz. pure water. Apply to clean skin, avoiding eyes. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
