Is it REALLY healthy? Or is it NOT?

When you eat fruits and vegetables, you think it’s healthy, right? The truth is, it’s important to choose your fruits and veggies carefully. The healthiest fruit and veggies are ORGANIC. This means they are free of pesticides and chemical residues. When these toxins are consumed over time, they may slow our thinking and effect intelligence. They can make you sick and even possibly cause cancer.

These poisons are just not good for you!

Not only does organic food taste better, it’s also good for the planet! When you buy organic food, you support farming which is sustainable. Because no hazardous chemicals are used, farmers don’t get contaminated and neither do their families.

Organic farming is friendly to our planet and the wonderful diversity of living things on it (often called biodiversity).
